TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All bookings are confirmed against advance payment.
  2. Kindly deposit AT LEAST 50% Payment Before 72 Hours Of Check-in, otherwise the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
  3. All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation.
  4. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
  5. Guests are required to furnish an identity proof at the time of check in like Passport, Driving License, and Voter’s Card, Aadhaar Card.
  6. Guests are advised to keep age proof of children who are below 5 years of age as the hotel may ask for the same, if the child seems to be older. If the guest is unable to produce the proof then the hotel has the right to charge for meals for the child.
  7. As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow drivers to stay in the hotel. The hotel has no provision for their stay and meals. However, should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy to help you.
  8. If, in a rare case, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your requested accommodation, you will be offered an alternate accommodation or a full refund.
  9. Length of Stay can be extended on a pro-rata basis subject to availability of rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation before 15 days to check in: No Cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation within 07 days to check in: One Night Cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation within 02 days to check in: 100% of the Booking will be charged.
  • In case of premature departure, 80% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited
