Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to all direct room and package bookings at Hotel Dashaur Heights, Burwa, Manali.
Cancellation charges

| 15 days before check-in | 25% of total amount |
| 10 days before check-in | 50% of total amount |
| 7 days or less before check-in | 100% of total amount |
Charges are calculated on the total booking amount. The same policy applies to the Glorious Honeymoon Package.
How to cancel or modify
Please send cancellation or change requests in writing to dashaurheightsmanali@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98054 60027, quoting your name, booking dates and reference (if any). The date we receive your written request is used to calculate any charges.
Refunds
Where a refund is due after applicable charges, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
No-shows and early departure
No-shows and early check-outs are treated as cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in, and 100% of the booking amount is charged.
Weather and activities
Adventure activities included in packages are subject to weather and operator availability. Road closures, snowfall or government restrictions may affect activities or travel; our team will do its best to offer suitable alternatives.
Other booking terms
- Check-in from 12:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Valid government photo ID is required for all adult guests at check-in.
- Children up to 5 years stay complimentary. Extra person charges apply for guests aged 6–12 (₹800–₹1,200/day) and above 12 years (₹1,000–₹1,500/day) depending on meal plan.
- Taxes are charged as applicable.
