By using this website or booking a stay with Hotel Dashaur Heights, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings and rates

• An enquiry through this website is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (email or WhatsApp), along with any advance payment terms.
• Rates shown on the website are per night for 2 adults unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change and availability. Taxes are charged as applicable; package prices are GST extra.
• Special requests (early check-in, décor, dietary needs) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed.

Check-in and stay

• Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM.
• All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse check-in without valid ID.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Please respect other guests and the natural environment. The hotel may ask guests who behave unsafely or disruptively to leave without refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Activities and excursions

Adventure activities and sightseeing are provided by independent local operators and depend on weather, season and government regulations. Guests participate at their own risk and should follow operator safety instructions. We are not liable for injuries, delays or cancellations caused by third parties, weather or road conditions.

Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh.
